Crescent Kayaks provides a manufacturer’s warranty for defects on all new boards for up to one year from date of purchase. This warranty covers only kayaks that are purchased from an authorized Crescent Kayak dealer. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. Proof of purchase must be presented at the time of the warranty claim. This warranty does not cover any damage that may be a result of normal wear and tear, misuse of the product, unauthorized modification or repairs, accidents, heat, excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling, storage, abuse, maintenance or care, incorrect set-up, or any other irresponsible use. Cosmetic flaws do not affect the functionality and performance of the board and are not applicable. Crescent reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding warranties.
Shipping / Damage
Please carefully inspect all freight upon delivery. Please inspect box and unwrap contents, have the carrier document in writing a detailed description of the damages on box or board before signing anything, return damaged board to driver, and contact us at 404.697.0823 or Hello@CrescentKayakys.com immediately. If the product is signed for without damage being reported or if the driver leaves the property without the damage being reported Crescent Kayaks is not liable to replace it. You will have to pay return freight charges in order to get a replacement or accept product as is.
New items are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in a new condition and not show any use or wear. Once a kayak has been used the sale is final. In order to keep freight rates as low as possible a one hundred dollar fee is required on all shipping returns. Return to:
